Kate Barlock is currently a lead designer at Tally Ho, a Melbourne-based design-developer duo creating translational research websites for impact-led academics and organisations.
She specialises in web and content design, with a focus on research analysis, copywriting, and information architecture. She also offers skills in illustration and visual design to create thoroughly cohesive and individual projects.
She’s worked with researchers and community-serving organisations her entire career, from her start in medical research with Boston Children’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School, to her service design work with STREAT (a work-readiness social enterprise in Melbourne), to her web design and content creation roles in collaboration with academics at various universities, including Monash University and the University of Melbourne.
